چکیده
Abstract The evolution of the gender pay gap has received a great deal attention from academia and public opinion alike, yet our understanding differences in non-monetary working conditions is much scarcer. Through use European Working Conditions Survey six composite indicators job quality, this research aims to expand knowledge on gaps attributes across Union over period 2005–2015 three ways: firstly, we explore conditions, revealing distinct patterns identified by dimensions quality country; secondly, find that, average, women’s relative position deteriorates terms physical environment time quality; result that again reflects considerable heterogeneity countries sample. Lastly, clear evidence catch-up process all Union.
